Armenian Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (or other nut of choice)
cinnamon
Preparation

Mix with knives the brown sugar, flour and butter.
Place half in a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat.
To other half, add remaining ingredients (except nuts and cinnamon).
Pour on top.
Sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Bottom crust will be crisp.
