Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken- breast halves (about 5 oz each)
    4 thin slices cooked ham
    4 tsp. honey mustard
    4 thin slices Swiss cheese
    4 TBSP. butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice each chicken breast horizontally to form a pocket.
    Brush each ham slice with honey mustard and fold in half.
    Fold a cheese slice around each ham slice.
    Insert in pocket of chicken and secure with toothpick. Melt butter in a large skillet over med-hi heat.
    Cook chicken in butter until browned, about 4 minutes per side.
    Arrange chicken on a rack in a baking pan.
    Bake chicken until an instant- read thermometer inserted in center of the meat registers 180\u00b0, about 15 - 20 minutes.
