Okra Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced okra
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and stir well.
    Drop by tablespoon into hot oil.
    Turn once and drain and serve hot.
    This can be and is better to mix up the night before or at least a few hours before.
