Dressing For Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 bananas
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped cocktail peanuts
    1 egg
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all together, except bananas and peanuts. Cook, stirring it often until it boils well.
    Then remove from stove and cool.
    Can cook dressing ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until ready for use.
    After it is cooled, add the bananas and chopped cocktail peanuts.
    Serve immediately after adding these to the dressing.
