Baked Red Snapper("Great Company Dish") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 lemon
    2 bay leaves
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 lb. red snapper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper; simmer 15 minutes.
    When celery is tender, add remaining ingredients (except snapper).
