Company'S Coming Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    flour
    salt and pepper
    vegetable oil
    1 can 99% fat free mushroom soup
    2/3 c. mushrooms
    1 16 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered
    1 c. reduced-fat sour cream
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a heavy skillet. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine soup, mushrooms, artichokes, sour cream and wine, pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0F for one hour.
    Serves 8.
