Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift sugar, cocoa, flour and soda into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan, then add remaining ingredients.
Stir well in pan until free from lumps.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
