Cocktail Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (not margarine)
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream the butter.
    Add shredded cheese, then salt, pepper and flour.
    Roll into small balls and press a pecan half on each to flatten.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 40 to 50 biscuits.
