Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix, cooked
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped, or 1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare pudding as directed on package, using 1 1/2 cups milk. Add 1 cup of the marshmallows, stirring until melted.
    Combine with pumpkin and seasonings.
    Chill.
    Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip (3/4 of large container) and remaining marshmallows. Spoon into dessert dishes; chill.
    Garnish with additional topping.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
