Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 to 8 oz. can mushrooms
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. cooked wide noodles
Preparation
    Trim steak of all fat and bone.
    Cut into 1/2 x 4-inch strips. Brown strips slowly in margarine.
    Add onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Cook and brown until tender.
    Add cream cheese and milk.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts and all is creamy. Serve over hot noodles.
    Garnish with parsley if desired.
    Serves 6.
