Sunday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm milk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together potatoes, sugar, milk, margarine, eggs and vanilla, and pour into 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole.
