Norwegian Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced apples
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
