Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper together.
    Pour off grease and rinse, if desired.
    Put in bottom of greased casserole dish.
    Add mushrooms, soup and cheese.
    Top with Tater Tots.
    Bake covered for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 10 minutes uncovered.
