Oriental Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. rice wine
    1 Tbsp. grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2/3 c. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Bone chicken and cut into large chunks.
    Combine salt, soy sauce, rice wine, ginger and garlic.
    Add chicken to soy sauce mixture and marinate 2 hours, stirring occasionally, to coat all the chicken pieces.
    Mix cornstarch and sugar.
    Roll chicken in cornstarch and deep fry at 375\u00b0 until brown and crispy.
    Makes 4 servings.
