Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
5 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. more butter
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in warm water. Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar, salt and milk.
Heat until lukewarm.
Beat the eggs in large bowl.
Add yeast and milk mixtures and 1/2 of the flour; mix well.
Add the rest of the flour to make a soft dough.
Knead until smooth and satiny, 5 to 8 minutes.
