Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch broccoli
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into small pieces.
    Cook in broth until tender. In another pot, melt butter slowly.
    Add 1/2 cup flour.
    Whisk in half and half slowly.
    (If lumps develop, I blend in food processor.)
    Add butter, flour and half and half mixture to broccoli/broth mixture.
