Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil

Preparation

Mash and cream bananas with a fork. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 375\u00b0 for 35 - 40 minutes.
