Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    4 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour over the boiling water; stir in to combine.
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    When batter is cooled to lukewarm, add yeast.
    Stir in 1 cup whole wheat flour and 4 cups white flour.
    When dough is stiff enough to handle, turn onto floured board; knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled.
