Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. hash browns
    2 c. diced ham
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer first 5 ingredients in an 8 or 9-inch square pan, starting with potatoes.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over layers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
