Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion or use onion salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    squash
    1/2 stick butter
    5 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Boil and mash enough squash to make 2 cups (drained).
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter and add to squash. Crumble and add whole wheat bread to squash.
    Stir well and turn into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top and bake uncovered about 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
