Preparation

Remove seeds from pumpkin.
Separate seeds from strings.
Soak in salt water for one hour.
Drain.
Spread pumpkin seeds in jelly roll pan.
Salt lightly.
Bake for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
