Nomie'S Best Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lemons (1/4 to 1/3 c. juice)
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add boiling water, then milk.
    Mix and cook until thick and smooth.
    Beat egg yolks; gradually add with butter, juice and rind to cooked mixture.
    Continue to cook slowly until thick and mixture drops from spoon in sheets.
