Sweet Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
5 lb. chicken thighs
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. shoyu
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
cornstarch
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken and roll in cornstarch, then in beaten eggs.
Brown chicken in frypan until golden brown.
Place in baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce and pour over chicken pieces.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
