Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. shrimp or lobster (can use imitation like Crab Delight)
    6 oz. cooked fettucini
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in Dutch oven or large frypan.
    Stir in flour gradually; add half and half and stir until thickened.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Cook and stir until smooth.
    Fold in seafood. Heat 3 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Toss pasta with sauce or spoon on top.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
