Korean Beef Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, crushed
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into four balls and flatten into patties.
    Broil, grill or panfry until done.
    Yield: 4 servings.
