Cardinal Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. diced apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Chill until slightly thickened. Add apples, celery, salt and lemon juice.
Pour into 2-quart ring and mold.
Chill until firm.
