Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooled and drained
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 1/2 tablespoon butter and pepper.
Turn into 1-quart casserole. Combine 1/4 cup crumbs and remaining butter.
Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves about 6.
