Souffled Tomato Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peeled tomatoes, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
    drop of lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Place
    sliced
    tomatoes
    in
    iron
    skillet with butter, salt, pepper
    and drop of lemon juice. Cook down a few minutes until near serving consistency.
    Stir in egg yolks and quickly fold in stiffly
    beaten whites. Run under broiler until delicately brown. Serve immediately.
