King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked, boned and cut into bite sized pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. corn tortillas, dipped in hot chicken stock
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1/2 tsp. garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Combine chicken with onion and pepper.
    Layer alternately with tortillas in buttered shallow pan (11 x 15 x 2-inch).
    Top with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic.
    Add in order: chicken soup, mushroom soup and tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
