Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf whole wheat bread
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. chives
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. wafer ham, pressed
Preparation
    Cut sides from bread; roll each slice flat with rolling pin. Combine cheese, chives and mayonnaise.
    Spread cheese mixture on each slice.
    Top with slice of ham.
    Spread cheese mixture on top of ham.
    Roll up, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Can be done the night before.
    At serving time, cut off ends.
    Slice each roll in about 6 to 8 pieces.
    Makes about 100 bite size pieces.
