Baked Peach Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 (16 oz.) cans peach halves, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over top of each peach half.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
