Ingredients

3 lb. lean meat
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic
1 to 2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cut meat into 1/2-inch strips.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat.
Marinate overnight.
Remove from dish and dry with paper towels.
Put on rack and dry in slow 200\u00b0 oven, about 2 1/2 hours or until very dry.
