Lemon Meringue Pie(Sugarless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. lemon dietetic carbonated beverage
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    juice from 1/2 fresh lemon and grated rind of lemon
    15 drops yellow food coloring
    artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in dietetic beverage.
    Add the juice of the lemon and the grated rind.
    Add artificial sweetener (more if desired) and food coloring.
    Set in refrigerator to harden.
    After fully hardened, put in the blender and whip until fluffy.
    Pour into 10-inch pie pan.
