Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. flour (plain)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Cream sugar
and
butter;
add
eggs, one at a time and beat. Add
milk and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
Add
flour.
Mix
nuts and bananas all at once and stir
until
mixed.
Pour
into greased loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
