Razorback Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pork sausage
2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can green chilies with juice, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can Mexican corn
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown sausage and save 2 to 3 tablespoons grease; set aside. Combine dry ingredients.
Add all wet ingredients.
Add sausage and reserved grease.
Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
