Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery
    2 c. onions
    1 chicken or chicken parts, cooked
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cook chicken; take off the bone, then add back to broth.
    Add vegetables (except bean sprouts) and cook until tender.
    Then add bean sprouts.
    Use the cornstarch for thickening the last 3 or 4 minutes.
    Use over rice or noodles.
