Frito Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (elk or venison)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 lb. Colby cheese, grated
    2 pkg. large Fritos
    4 cans red mild enchilada sauce, heated
Preparation
    Cook ground meat until done; drain.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish as follows:
    meat, Fritos, onions, cheese and sauce until you have used all.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
