My Uncle'S Wild Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1/4 c. whole or bulgur wheat
    3 to 4 c. broth (McKay's vegetarian chicken/beef)
    1/4 c. raisins or currants (optional)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add onions, cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Simmering time may vary due to type of pan and amount of broth used.
    Adjust recipe as needed.
    (If you have a rice cooker, coat bottom of pan with nonstick vegetable spray, add all ingredients and push the cook button!)
    Serves 4 to 6.
