Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green tomato per person
    flour
    salt and pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Wash, core and slice tomatoes in 1/3-inch slices.
    Do not peel.
    Dip each slice in flour, season to taste with salt and pepper and fry until golden in hot oil.
    Drain on paper toweling, then serve hot with butter.
