Large Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 bottle Liquid Smoke
Preparation
    Marinate the above overnight.
    Roll in foil and cook real slow (200\u00b0) for 6 to 8 hours.
    For small roast, use less ingredients.
