Beltline Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 large sweet onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    dash of chili powder
    1 large can refried beans
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 small can V-8 spicy hot
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 glass jars Heinz brown gravy
    1/2 head lettuce
    3 or 4 large tomatoes
    10 to 14 extra large flour tortillas
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. grated Colby cheese
Preparation
    Brown together first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 3 ingredients. In saucepan, heat enchilada sauce, V-8 juice, tomato sauce and brown gravy.
    Chop up lettuce and tomatoes.
    Spread meat mixture on tortillas; add a little chopped lettuce and tomatoes and roll up. Place in a large baking dish or roasting pan and cover with heated sauce.
    Sprinkle cheeses over burritos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
