Ingredients

basic pizza dough
1 lb. fresh asparagus
1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
12 oz. fresh tiny green or yellow squash, sliced
1 c. shelled fresh peas
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
6 green onions, chopped
fresh ground black or white pepper
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Steam all vegetables (except tomatoes) until barely tender.
Immerse in ice water to stop cooking.
Drain well and reserve.
Shape dough any way you like; brush dough with olive oil.
Top with the shredded cheeses.
Arrange the vegetables and tomatoes on top of the cheeses; sprinkle with the green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper; drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for about 10 minutes, until crust is golden.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and tarragon.
Slice and serve.
