Brandied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, sliced long and thin
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. brandy
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole pan.
    Mix eggs, sugar, butter, flour and milk.
    Add brandy, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add carrots.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake 40 minutes.
