Portuguese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, cubed and cooked
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/3 onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    3 slices bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place potatoes in baking dish.
    Add onion and half of cheese. Cover with bread cubes, sprinkle with pimento, parsley, paprika and garlic.
    Add remaining cheese.
    Pour margarine over entire dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
