Spanish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self rising flour
    1 1/2 c. self rising corn meal
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 can niblets corn, drained
    2 eggs
    1 sm. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add oil, milk, sugar, flour and meal.
    Add chopped ingredients, cheese and corn.
    Stir well.
    Grease a large iron skillet and sprinkle with meal.
    Heat slightly.
    Pour in batter. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until browned.
