Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 qt. tomato juice
2 dashes A.1. sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 cans spicy chili beans
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. garlic
6 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
