Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cut up broccoli
    2 c. water
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 lb. cream cheese
Preparation
    Heat 2 cups water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add broccoli, celery and onion.
    Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes (do not drain).
    Place in blender and blend until uniform consistency.
