Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cubes butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
juice of 2 lemons or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix butter, flour and sugar together like pie crust.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, then beat eggs and add sugar, flour and baking powder.
Mix together and add lemon juice.
Pour on top of baked crust and bake again for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Delicious.
