Sherylle'S Super Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in cupcake pans at 400\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
