Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast (chuck or shoulder)
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    carrots, diced
    potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Wash, salt and pepper roast.
    Put in a baking pan.
    Add 1 cup water and onion soup mix.
    Bake, covered, on 350\u00b0 until meat is tender.
    Add mushroom soup, celery soup, carrots and potatoes. Bake until potatoes and carrots are tender.
